Q – Will I require an expensive foundation?
A – No. Very simple, cost effective bearers are used for support as each ‘Grand Space’ is constructed around a high strength, pre-manufactured structure which incorporates a finished floor.
Q – Are there any limitations to use?
A- There are fewer limitations with a ‘Grand Space’ being defined differently to a conventional structure which is a permanent fixture. This gives the possibility of the space being used for living accommodation with connection to mains water, drainage and electricity services.
