Planning Permission

This is perhaps our most commonly asked question.

In most instances the siting of a ‘Grand Space’ will come under Permitted Development Rights, due to its size, non-permanent fixture to the ground, and its ability to be transported in one piece.

Obviously, consideration must be given, to where you want to locate your ‘Grand Space’, as this could fall outside of Permitted Development Rights.

In any event to put your mind at rest, and subject to a conditional contract being in place to purchase a ‘Grand Space’ our inhouse Planning Consultant team will happily liaise with your Local Planning Authority in order to secure Permitted Development Approval at no charge to you whatsoever.
